Rodgers also plays the signature riff in Radioactive. The one that sounds almost alien. I saw them twice and seeing Page with Rodgers was such a privilege. Especially at that time because Page had been so inactive since the end of Led Zeppelin.
Great info. Thanks for posting - I love seeing things about The Firm because so little is said about them. Unfairly criticized and minimized in their time, primarily (in my opinion) because they weren't Zep or Bad Co.

i think dreaming spirit of love cadillac and dreaming are the four best songs on the firms mean business album i also like tony franklins bass work with roy harper
wow whoever recorded that song was a big fan of the reverb. not only the guitars but also the drums were just drenched in the reverb. Elvis must have been rolling over in his grave.
The fretless bass(no offense) wasn't my favorite element of the Firm. Boz Burrell's fretless bass wasn't as noticeable in Bad Co's work.The stretching creates a dissonance that naturally discomforts.But the songs smoke.
@@insidethemusicalmind7207 I really like that song, but it was the timing that really was good. I didn’t like the sound of the album though, very grey,a d Cadillac got on my nerves.
