@@Noahtellsthat’s a bold face lie. White and Hispanic people do it too. Let’s not play the black community game. If you don’t have the statistics to back up your claim, then stfu.
first is her and 3 girls, then her son moves in, then someone's boyfriend, and landlord mentioned her husband. Sounds like a packed house full of drama and irresponsible mother moving strange men in with so many children in the house. Lots of issues there.
Well, I'm sure if we talked to Realtor that sold this property this plaintiff was same as in JJ court. He's irritating .... In a voodoo kinda a way ... I'm scared all of sudden
I will never understand people. I was a contractor, over the years I found myself in small claims court at least twice a year. Before I went to court I had a free consultation with a lawyer to find out etiquette and evidence needed, then I went and attended a few court sessions to observe the whole thing. So my fist case I was a statue, looked straight ahead, didn't interrupt or embellish, as in acting when in court, LESS IS MORE!!
Everyone just gunna overlook judge judy literally saying "all of a sudden your making an allegation that he sexually harrased YOU" lmao like the emphasis killed me
Plaintiff seems like the kind of guy who would walk around naked on his property because "It's my goddamn property and by god I'll do what I want" ...the kind who thinks the only rights that matter are the ones he gives himself, with no consideration of the rights of others.
Why not? They can walk around naked at pride parades, in front of children and cameras, so why could he not do the same on his pwn property, if he so chose?
People out here making wild assumptions based on nothing. For three years there was no problem and then all of a sudden he started walking around naked?
Sounds like he agreed to waive the late fee(and return her deposit) if she repaired the holes/damage to the home herself. It makes sense that he would do that(not forgive the actual rent due for the month). Part 2 should be interesting.
Geeeez I couldn't be a judge! Why is it so hard to answer a simple question without telling a story? I work in customer service and I deal with people that has an urge to tell a story. You can tell by the way they react when you cut them off that they made up a scenario in their mind before they call in. Fascinating really. It's like they're allergic to answer with a simple "yes" and "no" 🤣😂
Defendant can't keep her timeline straight. I don't know why people hesitate to answer when the facts are not in dispute. Boyfriend moved in. That's just a fact. We'll see what the crux of this case in soon, but most of this is just establishing the situation.
Calif is very, very landlord unfriendly.... tenants know they can get away with just about anything....squatting, you name it. One of many reason rents have skyrocketed in Calif.
Either the channel admin doesn't watch the episodes or he purposely mixes these thumbnails to increase comments and channel activity. First option is criminal. Second is genius..
You're actually third, but since second is just a racist troll he doesn't count. And for some reason it doesn't let me respond to #1, so congratulations, YOU get first prize! Your prize is a notebook to write things down and help keep your story straight, unlike the plaintiff.
