@@Sandoz-tq7qj yes, I think they were exhausted and waited at the bridge to get help. They most likely got help and were kidnapped later for organ trafficking.

You really think she would’ve had the cognitive ability to do this in the manner that she did. That she just magically had knowledge of cameras like this

Interesting note about this camera. If you don't set the date and time and skip it. If you look at the exif data the photo will say it was shot in 1980. 😆

Thanks for your reply. I really want to dive deeper into the battery life and number of shots. The only way to charge the battery is to take the battery out and charge it in the charger. You CAN NOT connect the camera to some sort of power supply. I have tried it. It doesn't do anything.

​@@BackpackerCoach I see - ok thats really unconveniant, if the user always has to set the time and date after he/she charged the battery. Very strange technology. Because as you demonstrated: the camera forgets time and date after 30 seconds of battery out. Raises questions -why Lisanne didnt set the correct date and time, but the London time, and why the month and day was correct but the year wasnt. I cant explain that with .. even a criminal has no reason to only set half of the date, and set the minutes correct, but the hour not. It would be good, if we had exif Data from the march-pictures. Because then we could know for sure, that there is some ''saving option for the time and date ?'' ... Very odd. Yes it could be interesting to do the test with flash - how many pictures can taken with flash. Btw - i am very much on the side of the ''lost girls''-theory, and not on the side of 'faul play' . I like on your videos that you pick up even small details of the pictures, which not many people would see. I liked that detail, when you explained that the investigators tried to fit the camera-time with the wrist-watch-time. Many people on the internet interpreted it as ''did the investigators just claimed that the girls worn wrist-watches ?'' ... Its much more plausible as you explained: that they used the foto where a guy had a wristwatch on. But i also have to say: even when you see a lot of details, i am often not agreeing with your conclusions. For instance, when you said: that in the reflection of the glasses of the girls there is a smartphone-stick. Thats really not the case. Sure, it looks long and distorted in the sunglasses, but thats really the arm of Kris. Because there are two distortions happening: the distortion by the camera lens, and the distortion by the sunglasses itself (those are not perfectly flat - and even if they were: perspective is also a big thing in that). Another thing is the ''odd'' breast of Lisanne on El Mirador. As far i remember you take that as proof for foto manipulation. But also that isnt the case. I see four main reasons for the strange breast 1) again distortion by lens (the more something is on the side of a frame, the more distorted it is.. you can recreate this : drawing two circles on paper.. one in the middle of the paper, the second on the side... than you make a foto of it with Lisannes camera .. you will see: the circle on the side will be squished, and even appear a little bigger) .. 2) woman often have two different sized breasts.. really they arent exactly the same size .. 3) light can make a big effect how objects appear.. when the left breast has light, and the other breast doesnt have light, the other breast can look more flat) ...4) last but not least: a shifted bra (Lisanne and Kris quiet often changed the backpack .. this fact together with a quiet hard and fast hike can do such things). Also women tend to buy a bit bigger bra's then they have breasts (and Lisanne had smaller breasts then Kris)... A bigger bra can shift much easier than a fitting bra. All these effects (but mainly the camera lens distortion and light) explain the breast-distortion perfect in my opinion. Another thing was: you mentioned the stripes of the backpack were black, but in the nightshots the stripes are grey. First of all: you confused the stripes with the ones directly on the shoulder (those are indeed black with color-sparks in it) . But the lower on the backpack the stripes usually change to thin stripes with which you can adjust the shoulder-stripes (i am sure you know that - because you are an outdoor-man). So on the nightshot those ''adjust-stripes'' were photographed. Sure they also should be black - but they are usually nylon-faber, and had very different reflecting behavior - espescially when a nearby flash is lighten then up . That material definetely can appear greyish under those circumstances. Thats few of very many examples where i find your conclusions wrong (and to fast concluded to serve the narrative of foul play). But your strength is definetely: to point out details which most people miss (me included). For instance: i didnt saw on that (i think foto 505) that Kris had her waterbottle in her Jeans.. i looked a lot on that foto, and missed it every time. You on the other hand saw that detail immediately. Sure, now its obvious to me too, when someone tells it. But thats what i mean with: having an eye for details. You definetely have an eye for details, more than most people. The problem is only, you go very far with conclusions with it - i think. Besides all that : this Lisanne/Kris case is very hard. There is so little information available - and its so easy to interprete the fotos very wildly by ''correlations'' . As for me, i try to put my 50 cents to it. I worked a bit on the speed of Lisanne and Kris , according to their fotos with known coordinates. Than calculating it for the time between the last mirador-foto and the emergency-call - making a radius... substract all search-troup-paths , and put the information in: that Kris must have died upstream from her found Jeans (i also have a map of the smaller rivers there). This maybe could pinpoint the most probable spots where they got lost.

The pictures released on the internet were actually "Leaked" from various media sources and probably panamanian police. The girls' parents never agreed to releasing the pictures to the public, that is why the rest of them never made it to the internet.

As far as I know. They were using only wifi because is very expensive to just use your cell phone for normal calls in another country. That is why they only where communicating through wifi apps. But then why did they have their phones off airplane mode to go on a hike. When they normally always had there cell phones on airplane mode. Something smells fishy!!

I did have one wisp of a theory regarding photo 509. apparently its feasible that If the memory card was removed, and another was put in, and a photo taken, then the original card replaced, it can explain the skipping sequence. Could it not be possible, and if you have the exact camera can you possibly test, that if you take a picture, then remove the card, take another picture (with no card in) then replace the card and take another? This could simulate a drop, or struggle where the camera got jarred just enough to dislodge the memory card, at the same moment or just before exactly one picture was taken? If you get the same result as exactly one picture missing this eliminates the need for an external computer deleting the photo, theoretically

@@renaminginprogress6903 Esto que comentas es lo que relatan los autores del libro "lost in the jungle" que obtuvieron archivos del caso de parte de la Exfiscal, es la explicación para el porque no se pudo recuperar ni con un software especial el archivo 509, si tecnicamente es posible; pero y donde esta esa 2da tarjeta de memoria? Porque tomarias solo una foto y luego la vuelves a reemplazar para las fotos nocturnas? Otro detalle es que al parecer ese archivo 509 es el unico que no se pudo recuperar, si las chicas tenian una 2da tarjeta de memoria entonces no la utilizaron antes ni siquiera cuando estuvieron en Bocas del toro, para rematar nunca se menciono una 2da tarjeta de memoria en la investigación del 2014, en la foto de la mochila solo se observa 1 tarjeta de memoria. Una respuesta aunque sea factible tampoco se deber forzar como explicación, más en este caso que no hay evidencia de una 2da tarjeta de memoria, entonces caeriamos en otra casualidad (se perdio tambien esta tarjeta con solo una foto) más en el caso y convenientemente no explicamos las otras razones por la cual ese archivo "desaparecio". Pero bueno es una cuestión de perspectiva tambien.

@@renaminginprogress6903 Yes, I plan on doing that test. The Dutch forensics said something very similar. That the only way you can have a missing photo is by having two cards.
