If you watch the Netflix series, people who worked with her in INX did say that she is extremely image-conscious, (makes sense since she is a public figure). Perhaps that’s the reason why she even agreed to sit for an interview for Netflix. I mean she has been giving interviews since she’s been out of jail but Netflix has a bigger reach. Pretty stupid imo since her story has big loopholes, her defence is weak ( mainly consisting of ‘poking holes’ in the prosecution’s arguments without providing much evidence from their side), and she and her lawyer say some self-incriminating stuff too.
The motive could be money because it says that they had hidden millions under sheenas name in foreign account and sheena was not happy to release the money unless she was given some part of it? I read in an article long time back. I could be wrong as it was written a while ago.
Overdramatization of true crime dehumanises the victims of the crime. This type of trend has been on the rise for a couple years now and it is quite disheartening. We should remember that while it may involve famous persons and may feel like entertainment for the audience but it is not actually entertainment. Real lives have been upturned by the crime, which remains unsolved as of yet.
If Nirbhaya case was ignored by media then nirbhaya would never get justice.... Sometimes Oberdramatization helps keeping check and balance on system...

Overdramatization can lead to a distortion of the actual events and facts surrounding a crime. This is certainly true for the video in question. Media coverage is not the hero whose trumpet you should be blowing. It has a short memory and is a fair-weather friend. You can disagree with my point of view, but I stand by it.

If my daughter is missing I would run to report a missing case,Why there was no effort to find her if she is a good mother.She didn’t want Sheena and Michael to call her mum.Her life and behaviour with dysfunctional relationships explains her unstable personality.The driver and the police were playing drama as Rahul was bugging his dad regarding Sheena’s whereabouts.Now it’s a trend in India to sabotage the DNA evidence .The reason is forensic evidence and the police and the doctors do not practice up to international standards.There is no doing my mind that Indrani was involved in the killing.She is interested only in clearing her name.She doesn’t once say please Sheena wherever you are please return.Because she knows that Sheena her daughter cannot return as she burnt herself.When she keeps on repeating I am innocent doesn’t make her innocent.

One loose end needs to be tightened. If Indrani has continuously claimed Sheena has gone to the USA, it's veracity must be checked with the MEA. And if records show otherwise, then Indrani is heavily in the crosshairs of justice.
What was the reason or motif of murder? A Bengali film claims that Peter came to know about Sheena being her daughter, and she wanted all the inheritance hence she formed a relationship with Rahul, and faked her pregnancy. Peter knew about the fake pregnancy, but lied to Indrani that she was pregnant with his own (peter's) child. He convinced Indrani to kill her. Indrani conspired with her Ex-husband Sanjeev and the driver to kill her and became the scapegoat. The police later revealed to her, that Sheena wasn't pregnant at all! Is this story true? And why is she roaming freely on bail? Being such a ruthless murderer!!!
