I understand what you are saying and there is fair amount of 3rd person narrative and parts that suggest that some of this was written later than the time described! Gen 13:10 for example "Lot lifted up his eyes, and saw all the plain of the Jordan, that it was well-watered everywhere, before Yahweh destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, like the garden of Yahweh, like the land of Egypt, as you go to Zoar." In this instance, in the time described, this was before Sodom and Gomorrah's destruction, so it must have been written after the event, since Sodom and Gomorrah had not yet happened and therefore could not be described prior to it's destruction! We have to use a certain amount of observation and logic!
Some Jewish traditions say Moses wrote the entire Torah we now have. Other Jewish traditions say Moses wrote parts of it, & yet still more Jewish traditions explain that Moses wrote none of it but someone who may have known Moses wrote it in part, then successors of scribes wrote the rest.
I think that Ezra had to rewrite a lot of the TORAH, due to a lot of the scrolls being destroyed. I could be wrong, but I believe that it was Ezra. YAH bless!!!

Did you ever come across the thought, that Moses did write all of what Jehovah commanded him, in the language he grew up in .... egyptian Hieroglyphics and only in the times of Judges those Hieroglyphics were translated into Hebrew of those days! Think about it by asking Jesus Christ about the truth and you shall find out ❤
Right so.... it was indeed Jesus, Who revealed this and much more to one of his Prophets some 170 years ago. The Paleohebrew comes very close to it. Look up the archaeological findings in southern Saudi Arabia by Ron Wyatt and others. You may want to search for Jesus inside your heart and ask Him yourself

Have you forgotten John 14.21?.... A True missionary of God communicates with Jesus day in day out in order to hear His voice telling you what to do. That's what I do since 1987.
