This actually OFTEN happens in V5. It probably wouldn't do this in V4 or Piapro. It's something to do with how V5 handles extended notes or repeated vowel phonetics... I've had similar metallic noise on all the Cryptons and other VBs.

Thats a weird phoneme glitch, sometimes if you add an [h] phoneme at the end of a vowel it'll make that weird glitch. Its a lot more common in older banks but it happens sometimes with new ones too

At one point one of my friends made a video of someone dancing to a Miku song and it somehow managed to crash a Mac twice. I guess that Miku is just that powerful.

hi im a vocal synth developer this essentially happens because each vocaloid note can consist of two parts, an articulation and a stationary. when you are stretching the phoneme /v/ it will try to stretch a stationary (stationaries are basically a long consistent recording of that phoneme), but most vocaloid databases do not have this data so instead it will stretch the small articulation sections instead (sil -> v) and (v ->sil). most vocaloid libraries do this with consonants they do not have stationary data for (because, well, who would try to stretch a consonant? thats completely preposterous)
