I’d get all the actors in a vid and make your own COA’s and have them sign every one. Besides, it would be damn near impossible to make that patch jacket. They’re obviously legit.

If you know any web developers they can come over and literally inspect the network traffic during a future bid. Find something really cheap and get in early where you think you'd be outbid. They'd want to inspect the response traffic from the bid request. There are standard error codes for what are called http requests (which is the network request/response). As an example, in your case, if you were really banned, I would be sending back a 403 code which is a "forbidden" status. You'd also want to do the same thing with a separate account (have a friend then login) and see what comes back in their bid. Then you'd have something, otherwise it's all speculation. I know nothing about the collector world you're in, but seems really odd they wouldn't have had the COAs when you picked up the merchandise.

Prop Store didn't do me well either. I bought an expensive costume, paid the crazy high shipping cost by crate. It shows up and the costume has a tear in it. They knew darn well it was there and failed to disclose it. The costume was packed very well so it wasn't damaged in transit. They just gave me back 10%. It's something I've wanted for years so not like I was about to say take it back. They also owed me some on the shipping cost as they shipped a cheaper way. They said the cost was close to the actual shipping so they refunded me the amount and a little more which was nice, but I looked at the label and it was prepaid and had numerous discounts so I know darn well it didn't cost anything near what I paid. I almost didn't get a coa either. Nothing was shipped with the costume/display. They only sent it after I contacted them about it.

My neighbor, when I lived In Valencia, was the actual prop guy for Poltergeist. He had one of the clowns used in the movie.

I agree 100 percent on that collective ng is small groups. As an autograph collector too but no where near the magnitude of your collection. There was a small group of us that bounced from Facebook group/company to company. It was quite funny.

I'm sure if you took them to small claims court, you would get your COA's. Regardless of what has already transpired, they legally owe them to you. It was part of the sale. That's what I would do.

This is awful for the people who consigned stuff. As for the initial C.O.A. Prop store could definitely have been more helpful and should have issued individual C.O.A.s as standard. However the outcome was mainly self inflicted by bratty behaviour. You have a great collection and it would be a shame if they have shadow-banned you, tho as you said you certainly have the means to circumvent that.

Sean - it sounds like you just have a content blocker in your browser interfering with the button being able to open the page. It happens to me all the time when ordering things. Go into settings and select "turn off content blockers" and I bet that will work...

Speaking of props, maybe you should do an interview with prop GOD Bob Burns on one of your “The Collection” videos.

Just playing devil's advocate I have heard of this issue before (where you try to purchase or bid and it doesn't work- it's happened with Ticketmaster for users). It could be an issue on their servers or something wrong with you browser. It could be a shadow ban, but that would be more trouble for them to code that to happen instead of just canceling your account. Since they have a history of being lazy and not sending you the COAs I border on the side that their servers need to be patched or load balancing is an issue.

I have a buddy with Mike Tyson's Punch-Out signed by IRon Mike himself and some other sweet merch, but nothing close to an original gold Cylon head from the '78 series. (Yeah I caught that. All the problems you've had with prop store really made me not pull the trigger on the Julius severed head from Friday the 13th part 8 auction. I was registered and ready to go and then all your problem you've had with them popped in my head.

Did you try different browsers and devices, phone, desktop, laptop? Maybe test bidding on random items while bid is too low to win.

Their actions make no sense. I could see if you were a fly by night collector or this was your first purchase with them. I could even understand their decision if you didn't have documentation. But it's pretty clear your situation is legitimate. It's frustrating. Hope they change their mind at some point.
