Sir with due respect I agree with everything what you have stated except about Bangalis. The fact is they knew nationalism and they very well knew about their culture as well just like the Pashtoons, Balouchis and Punjabis. If you think that they did not understood the nationalism than their leader late Sheikh Mujeeb Ur Rehman would have never said at the end of his last speech " Pakistan Zindabad and Joy Bangla ". But the hard fact to swallow is that they were always treated by the then West Pakistanis as second class citizens and were discriminated upon. Also, the gov't in the west always gave them the short end of the stick when it came to national budget policies.. But the straw that really broke the camel's back was that their mandates were stolen from them by the West Pakistan's uniformed mafia head. Naturally, after that the steam picked up further for the creation of Bangladesh! Sadly, now we are witnessing a similar situation in Pakistan where Pti's mandates were stolen. As a result fake and fraudulent election's form 47 came to reality. All made possible you guessed it by the current uniformed mafia head of Pakistan!

The idea was to have a separate homeland for Muslims but the fact is that half of Muslims remained in India by choice which nullifies the idea and purpose of Pakistan.
