Honestly, I still believe my theory that R* hired the Florida joker for publicity, and him talking about suing R* is part of the act. Basically using the attention from the Lindsay Lohan situation for GTA 5, to their advantage for GTA 6.

Of course they don't but you said it yourself Jetro, there is great possibility this might be the last gta for a decade or more. To maximize that longevity you need controversy and more people talking about gta 6 more than ever. You think all those views from the trailer came from just the "hype" NO it had everything to do with the leaks before hand.

Someone within rockstar sabotaged possibly and correct me if this has been determined. Seems a bit weird how a kid was able to fully hack the system and display the leaks.

I think the reason why they think like this is because of one rumor about gta san andreas. They think the devs put in a "hot coffee" feature in the games code and intentionally left it unused so that they can get that negative attention when someone does find it (like a modder.) So the fanbase thought they were doing the same thing with gta 6, but we all know that this ain't true lol.

I highly doubt it was on purpose. My reasons for this is if Rockstar purposely leaked the leaks they wouldn't then go to the trouble to take it down. Plus they are always highly secretive with new games.

R* could just release one screenshot to generate the hype, them doing "fake leaks" is just a stupid theory. Same with their trailer leaking early, they have no reason to do this and actually gave us the date of that trailer to capture as many eyes as possible, which backfired when it got leaked

This is complete crap. No, they didn't build the hype. They don't need to do that. The rumors about GTA 6 coming up soon were already hype when some degenerates walked into the Bethesda Game Show or whatever it was to ask Rockstar and "Bill Gate"? to release GTA 6 on stage before security showed up. That was way before the trailer and actual leaks. And besides, Rockstar cannot make money off leaks unless they release something on RU-vid. See how many views and likes their video got? Why leak the trailer early and lose a few million views before showing the real thing officially? Get serious. Those posts online are dumb speculations. =_= Glad to see Jetro isn't buying that.
