@@user-hr9kj8pi4o потому что это в любом случае нарушение общественного порядка. Смотря где такое делать. Не заходить в спокойные места и орать человеку прямо в ухо. В общественном месте могут находиться люди, например, с аутизмом или ещё какими особенностями, у которых сильные резкие звуки могут спровоцировать приступ.
At the very least, dont blast someone's ear with those low notes out of nowhere. Giving someone a ringing in their head, or worse, for the next several hours is no bueno.
@@philbofettiArchive Until I saw other video's of them just arbitrarily walking into restaurants with their performance, I was thinking that they were much like those performance groups, where they are specifically hired/invited to put on such a performance at specific venues during certain times of the day lets say.
