Did Sukuna Just Kill Megumi Fushiguro? 

I can't begin to imagine what hell Megumi must be going through as soon as he realized Sukuna abused his hands to kill Tsumiki and Gojo. The 2 people why Megumi decided to become a jujutsu sorcerer in the first place. He might vomit like Yuji in Shibuya.

Personally I don’t think Megumi is dead just yet. Gege isn’t the type of author to introduce something like body swapping&just forget about it. Yuji is gonna at least try to save megumi before he dies imo

Reincarnated sorcerers are registered in the culling game by their vessels name and body. So his "orginal body" is still just megumis. My prediction is megumi will end up being the only one surviving. At the last second yuji will swap with megumi to supress sukuna and let himself be killed like he promised at the start

I'm not holding any hopes of megumi and nobara coming back I've already accepted their deaths if they come back it's a bonus gege has a habit of forgetting characters like Todo

I don't believe Megumi is dead quite yet,the story seems to be setting up yuji's soul swapping technique that will come to play sooner or later. Furthermore Megumi asked Yuji to save him back in ch 143(or 144 I think), there's also the fact just a chapter before Gojo seemingly died too and he mentioned how he regretted being unable to tell Megumi about his father. I think this was done intentionally Megumi might meet up with Gojo in that symbolic airport and have that conversation because it's either both of them lives or one of them lives because I don't see Gojo and Megumi both dying.

I'd like to believe Megumi's hatching a plan to stop Sukuna. He's an intelligent character, and it seems strange to me that Gege would rid of him just like that.

I don't think 2 souls can merge without them being compatible. Maki and Mai were compatible because they were twins. So megumi's body had now become sukuna's, but his soul is still there. It's almost like sukuna's body is now the vessel for Megumi instead of the other way around like how Yuji's body was the vessel for Sukuna. Sukuna basically just flipped him and Megumi's positions in a body. It's just now Megumi has absolutely no chance of coming to the surface unless Sukuna let's him just like it was with Yuji containing Sukuna because it was Yuji's body. I hope that made sense.

At this point....does Megumi even want to be alive? Bros body is cooked, his brain is cooked, his CT is cooked, his family is cooked and even is soul? got cooked too I would just move on at that point

With every chapter it somehow gets worse for megumi. Now he's gone from looking like a ladies man to having a face not even a mother could love. Otherwise I don't think megumi is gone just like that they wouldn't just tease mahoraga's blade being deadly to curses and never show it.

My only issue with the idea that Sukuna got what he wanted out of Megumis body and is just done with it is that Sukuna really wanted Megumis technique from the beginning for a reason. I honestly believe that we havent gotten to see the full reason as to why Sukuna wanted his body/technique. I dont think it was just because he wanted to beat gojo or just because he has a cool cursed technique. I think theres something more to it. But i can see Sukuna somehow keeping megumi's technique while still discarding his body. Megumi being off screened would hurt 😭

I’m not going to lie I feel like gege wrote megumi to be a punching bag and just get used by sukuna. Feel bad for the man his life was just shit since birth.

I think it was pretty much confirmed Megumi wasnt coming back when his sister died. She was his whole reasok for existing. The only thing he wanted was to ensure her happiness and after she fell into her coma all he wanted was to bring her back. All of that was destroyed when Yorozu used the same ability that Mai used to make a specail grade cursed object through a binding vow which the cost was her body. Mai did the same rhing before death in order to make Maki the Soul Sliptimg Blade. Unless theres a way to turn Megumis sisters body back to normal from the cursed object and to bring her back to life, theres no reason for Megumi to come back.

Unfortunately, it would make sense for megumin to be dead. If he was not, then you could imply that Sukuna may still have 10 shadows and also he would have either whipped this out on Gojo from the start or at some point if he would still have 10 shadows. So yea, it would make little sense for Megumin to me alive now. Man off screening Gojo and Megumin. I am starting to think neither is dead because no sane author would do this.

I’m confused as to why sukana truly needed megumi’s 10 shadows if he could’ve transformed to begin with. Did he clown Gojo or did he think he couldn’t beat him without the 10 shadows ?

I have a question technically he revived his body right does that undo the dmg that gojo did to sukuna while he was in uv for 10secs? Bcos if the revival of his body means undoing the dmg from uv wouldn't that just make it so that none of the good guys have any kinda chance not to say they had any even if it was true.

Little Gumi dead. Killed Tsumiki and Gojo then had a Blood Bath and Unlimited Void. How the hell do you come back from that? Megumi needs to _want_ to be saved. Forcing him wont save him. I see no reason why Gege took the time to save Angel so maybe shell play a role to try to save him but as I said Megumi needs to regain conciousness and _want_ to be saved otherwise hes good as dead.
