🇷🇺☦️🤝✝️Of course. And that should be understood by every Christian. Christ himself said he came to FULFIL it, not to change one word even. The nuisances should be: 1. All of the Mosaic laws are upheld by the Church, only SOME are in a different FORM & some are simply inactive due to their having been commanded only to the specific 10 tribes of Israel & bound by having a Temple in Jerusalem, which doesn't exist from 40 years after the Christ's death to our time. 2. The reason for a new covenant & a new law is to EXPEND Judaism to all the Gentiles, who aren't required by God to uphold the laws made especially for the Israelites, and therefore Christ created a "Judaism universal" in the final revelation to all humanity. 3. The Blessed Tertullianus has taught us, that we as Christians practice the SPIRITUAL essence of the Mosaic & that some of the temporal aspects were abolished since the coming of the Christ of the Creator.
Christ gave us no knew commandments, Christ just renewed the Law of God. Which never changed. Christ doesn't bring any law that isn't written in the old testament all he does is explain them, because the law of Men has come in and corrupted it.
St. Paul making the distinction does NOT mean that he divorces the faith from the law - they are inseparable, and cannot exist only on their own, otherwise they would be empty, meaningless. And he explains that Christ redeemed us from the CURSE of the law, not from the law itself i.e. the temporal aspect of the law which was given because of the "hardness of your hearts". He says "we are no longer UNDER a tutor", meaning not under the law alone, but now going a step forward to the next spiritual level - under the Son of God himself in faith & transcendant knowledge, thus the law is MODIFIED to include all peoples on a universal level, but in no way does he mean that the commandments given to Moses as a whole would be do away with or would not exist. Ge was speaking to the Gentiles, making now the law universal in a different FORM. That is what Paul means.
@@Bszoza Like other laws, parts of those were given only to Jews & some also to Gentiles. See the Adamite laws given to his descendants all the way to Noah (with him eating meat was permitted after the flood) up to Abraham - there you can see the relation between them, whereas some were universal & some only to Israelites & when Christ came he modified them to perfection for all peoples.
@@easternRomanOrthodox Are you an Orthodox christian? You have a cool church. But can you explain to me where did you get confession, praying to saints and REAL presence of Jesus in the eucharist. I would gladly join if it taught a pure biblical doctrine not man made
@@Bszoza Yes, I am. I live in Palestine. My Church is the Greek Orthodox Church of Jerusalem & I am fluent in the Hebrew as well, so I am not limited to the false English interpretations. I believe all Christians need to be trained in the Hebrew, Greek & Latin to understand Scripture to the fullest & study all the Church fathers' works - all of them. Only the Roman Catholic & eastern Orthodox Churches are valid, but what's important is to make sure the Church you pick isn't infected with modernism.
Alright, brother, after listening to your statements, i cam now say this is twisting Scripture & THE ETERNAL covenant. This is NOT what St. Paul says, and you should read my comment & educate yourself about what the meaning of the NEW covenant means. To allegorize the text in the Origenist way you do is plain blasphemy, and has nothing to do with what the Blessed Apostles & what Christ teached, so take it back please
Of course - because they were Jews. God intended most of the temporal aspects of the Mosaic law to be upheld only by Israelites. But God did not required those specific laws to be upheld by Gentiles in the same exact manner, only to uphold the SPIRITUAL essence of the law in a different form, given by Christ to modify Judaism to be UNIVERSAL
No, the Church christ established is the CONTINUATION of the Temple & our Roman eastern Orthodox & Catholic churches in Jerusalem are its representatives & heirs. And baptism is the universal Christian form of circumcision, which was made specifically only for Jews, not required by God ever to be practiced by Gentiles. So, educate yourself, repent & convert, because you have a lot to learn about Christianity. Read all the Chuch fathers, start with the infallible Blessed Tertullianus
my brother, not sure where you all get this theology from, Can you show me where Christ New Commandments are? secondly did God's law only exist after sianai? thirdly If christ brought a new law/commandments why did he fulfill the law by keeping the sabbath? fourthly sin is the transgression of the law, the law does not provide redemption nor salvation, Jesus is the propititation for our sin, isn't the holy spirit the one whom brings conviction of Jesus an the father?
@@BibliayFe if the law was abolish then none of us have committed any sins an Jesus Christ salvation is not needed.....don't think you taught it through before opening your mouth
If you match the teachings today with the apostles of Christ and what they thought us it's amazing. The vast difference a great gulf has been made by modern socalled churches. In my personal view they're not churches. I had a debate with my pastor many times. And the moment you quote the bible for him he gets very defensive and angry. Because they have strayed from orthodoxy according to Thessolonians. They have brought in the tithe teaching, second marriages, women pastors, asking for money for no reason at all, false doctrine like modalist, oneness, they hate the trinity because the antichrist spirit is in them. In some places you have to keep the Sabbath at least they think they are keeping the Sabbath. But really and truly they are keeping their own sabbath not the biblical sabbath. Bad translation of bibles in their midst so if you have bad bibles then you will have bad theology. And worse of all they don't believe Jesus Christ is eternal dwelling with the father. You have cringe worthy false apostle Gino Jennings mocking the book of Acts record when Stephen was being stoned. And I nearly forgot there are no apostles today none. The Lord have no need for apostles today. And technically we are still under the biblical apostles if we are the church of Jesus Christ. Now you can be a church or open some building and call it a church but only Jesus Christ has a church because he created it. The church is not catholicism or any of the modern ones. But he is looking for the Faith of our forefather Abraham in us. And any other gospel is a false gospel. Galatians. Hallelujah Amen.
