Gordon is a great guy. I did security for him at a book signing. At the end he told us to hang around. We hit a London pub, he bought us all a beer and chatted away. He was funny and just so normal. He thanked us for our work although he said if anyone gave him grief he wouldn’t need us 😂 and I don’t doubt it. He then said he had to go to Claridges and left another round for us at the bar. He’s a lovely chap.

I'm very good in "reading Mind of Humans" bc of a long time of learning and own hard Expieriences...I KNOW THAT HE MUST BE A VERY GOOD GUY, A VERY GOOD HUMAN! Not "only" bc he's is "one of us Europeans", a Brit-Man, I can read it in his Face and Behavior and after now becoming 69 years you can believe me: I know what I'm saying 🥰💕👏🏼😂👍🏼💖❣️✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼

Happy to see that Fin Mccools at least survived in good spirits for a bit after Gordon left, despite Buddy's health scare. I know that he passed away a bit ago and I give my condolences to his family and friends. Rip brother, you were one of the most chill owners on the show.

Fun McCools looks fantastic. That is my kind of place. An Irish Pub should really have superb pub grub as the backbone of the menu. Years ago there was a restaurant very similar in the basics being a pub. A roast every night, a curry every night. The curry was to use up the left over roast from the night before. Steak and kidney pie. Steak and mushroom pie. The specials went off piste but everything was fresh and homemade. The place did a booming business until the owner died. I will always miss Pimblett's

So great to see the success stories of some of these restaurants that 'stuck with the plan' and followed Gordon Ramsay's formula for success. These stories speak right to the heart of what it means to be human; getting up again and soldiering on despite hardships, learning from our mistakes etc. Second chances impacted by positive changes made lead to powerful transformation. Well done to GR and his team for their brilliant interventions. BTW the makeovers are epic!

Did anyone notice at 55:08 that "Dillons" was misspelled on the new sign?!!? It was spelled "Dillions." Then a few seconds later it shows the side of the sign where it is spelled correctly in another place. This was the new sign Gordon had made. OOPS!

I'm just smoothing my Heart and Eyes to look to VIKAS, what a pretty and adorable and expressing Man....a lot of Indian Men are so beautiful to look...I love it!
