Eh, propably just these shorts had bit lower budjet. So they couldnt afford the voice actress from the show...

I think they’re just having whoever is doing the voice of Wyldfyre for the shorts, I’m still assuming Kazumi Evans will still do the voice in the actual show.

It's because that these shorts are probably non-canon so maybe they just wanted to give someone else a chance at being Wyldfyre
