For the most part, the difficulty is fairly consistent across hazard levels, but every now and then you get a mission that randomly feels incredibly different. From what I see here, looks like a normal haz 4. Point extractions in particular are different in that there's often a consistent stream of enemy ambushes in between swarms that quickly escalate in size the longer you stay in the cave. Thank Karl you have the minehead with its turrets to help a little.
