This dude tried to buy a human being.. and demanded a refund when she wasn’t delivered. This guy should be behind bars

Men like him are why human trafficking exists. This man was willing to pay for a woman he was told was being held and beaten. Any decent person would have called the police right away. A clinical psychologist friend of mine volunteers for a charity that helps victims who have escaped trafficking and the stories they tell are horrifying. Many of these victims tried to tell the people they were forced to have sex with that they were being held against their will, and the johns did nothing. The johns paying for sex could see their injuries yet did nothing. All of these men paying for these vulnerable women are just as big a problem as the traffickers themselves, maybe even worse because they should know better. The traffickers are criminals. The johns are the ones driving these crimes

Tony admitted to violating multiple federal laws regarding human trafficking AND provided evidence. Even if the victim wasn’t real, he should be reported to authorities ASAP. Law enforcement needs to have been contacted in this case and I hope social catfish did their due diligence here

The way my jaw dropped multiple times during this video. Please tell me you reported this guy to the police. This was horrifying. “Tony” needs to be on a certain registry if he isn’t on it already.

Once it dawned on him that his interview made him look guilty, he became so nervous he could barely form words. The fact that he DIDN'T see this as a crime when he contacted Catfished is really disturbing, but what is more disturbing is that this scam must be working. Targeting these kinds of sociopaths suggests there are enough of these scumbags out there to make this a viable scam - one that would rarely be reported.

Oh dear what a mess. This is way beyond being scammed. He thought he was human trafficking that girl. What did he mean by 'did you lean?' He mean that if you don't do as ordered you will get abused, meaning he would do the same. If she disobeyed him, he too would hit her until she learnt. He can't go to police because then he would have to admit that he was trying to buy a person. In this case thank goodness it was a scam.
