Tom alluded to his target being the music industry in general. He uses auto-tune and some Cardi-B lyrics to show he can hang with the industry tools and be 100% better than people in the industry. Tom's been spicy ever since Billboard dissed his The Brave album. I think he's slinging shade to the whole industry!

I can definitely see why he could be "White Pac". Pac constantly fought racism and censorship and Tom does the same. (Like when billboard refused to chart his album with Adam Calhoun) Pac also fought for the black community while preaching unity. I think you can definitely say Tom does the same during a time where white people are truly hated for nothing but the color of their skin. I think there are enough commonalities between the two for him to justify saying it. Plus he's really just saying he's the best out there right now and every rapper should feel that way inside.
