They are tested and allowed to proceed before their results are out. Problem is; they mix with the public and the ministry begins to panic tracing their contacts.
We r not sure about whatever statistics the task forces r giving. I personally think the number of cases r exaggerated just to get money for personal interest of a few selected persons.
Well, exaggarated or not, Ugandans need to get out and work. They can't subject us to such suffering as we are already witnessing when there are no more domestic cases.
