Thanks Flexispot flex that win for Doug first it was Doug losing now it's Farfa we should allow trading cards also nice Watermelon shirt like spongebob Gage has it too! 😂
@@nbassasin8092Nah, if he sank all 20 packs into Tear this week that would be one “pull” and he honestly should have just high-rolled it for that reason alone because I don’t think he’s actually gone into Tear this season, so the next time he cracked it he could put up to 15 more packs into Tear, or 20 if he got the same wheel slice again. But I do get why he got demoralized with those ass 10 packs. The Tear core is such high rarity and without guarantees on Reinoheart, Kaleido-Heart and Scream it is rough seas out there.
Just a reminder for Farfa : Despian Theater can revive any lv8+ fusion monster if your non fusion Fairy leaves the field, even by battle. Not gonna lie, it gets a bit frustrating to see that among all the appearances of this card, this effect has been activated only once and has been ignored/forgotten all the other times.
Ever since Branded Despia stopped playing it, everyone just kind of forgot how it worked. But it was the main thing that made Comedy worth playing back then because that could tribute away something to eat a board wipe, then bring the thing it tributed back.
As a rural kid the conversation at 32:22 physically hurt me. *YARN IS REFINED WOOL* ... *AND IT'S NOT SHEEP SKIN. IT'S THEIR HAIR!* God and I wasn't even raised on a sheep farm.
Ive been struggling a little bit with spirits on the ladder (unsurprising tbf), so seeing Gage just absolutely demolish the competition this week even if its a lower powered format is so damn gratifying lmao It can be a little difficult to get it off the ground, but when it does it's insanely powerful and is constantly generating advantage the longer the game goes on
farfa seems like he was kinda light headed this episode, he said a couple of times "idk what this does" when staring at the effect of the card he was curious about
Alright what the heck, why does Libromancer still not have a secret pack? That would've been a perfect fun but not too overpowered strat if Doug wants to keep going towards fun decks. Screw banning Maxx C, its now Day 1 of asking Konami to add a Libromancer secret pack to Master Duel.
As a leader for Poultry Examination and showmanship at a big Agricultural Fair; hearing these knuckleheads talk about birds made my day and hurt me at the same time.
I love how this series ties in so much of what people enjoy. Pack openings, deck building, a competitive element and friendly interactions and banter. Truly a series for everyone
Gage's hand is a ritual deck classic. Also Doug really does have the Millennium Eye at least in regards to Gage, first he pulled out of nowhere that Gage was going to summon Breaker now he accurately read Gage's exact hand (if he really tried he probably could of even named all 4 rituals). If only Farfa had actually used the Theater in his hand the turn he set sheep if it was face up and Gage attacked over it he could of brought back Chimera then he could of had 2 threats on board by the time Gage made the rank 4.
26:12 There seems to be an absence of a certain ornithological deck. A head line regarding the tiered placement of a certain avian variety. Have you not heard? It was my understanding that everyone had heard.
So funny that Farfa tried to correct Doug's pronunciation and acting like he knew what he was talking about before quickly becoming "What even is mulch?"
The localized names of the cards prove that Doug is 100% right and Farfa is just stupid. It's literally called "mulch-elegant" and "mulch-lovely" in other languages.
Farfa choosing the Tear pack instead of going into the Firewall pack and then complaining about his terrible pulls is incredibly deserved. Going 20 packs into the Firewall pack would have left him with some decent generic links plus it would have given him a good base for a cyberse deck. Plus the odds that he could have pulled an Accesscode Talker too.
Farfa at start of the series: "I already proved I'm the best, so I'm not gonna try hard anymore" Farfa later: "Ok, I'll actually start trying now since my boss wants me to" Farfa now: " Wait, why am I still losing?"
This was just a solid episode overall. Really happy to see Gage make the Shinobirds put in some work and he’s got this nice little Ritual pool slowly building up.
Feels bad for Farfa. He plays fun decks, and people get mad. He tries to play a decent deck, and people are mad he didn't pick the deck they wanted him to play or accuse him of not taking it seriously. RU-vid commentors will never be happy, lol
And they won't be happy until the content creators stop using "we" to invite people to play YGO vicariously through them, thus making them think they have stake in the games and disappointing them if their player loses.
Don't forget the brainrot from last season where they were allowing both of Gage and Farfa to play Meta and got mad when it took them weeks to switch deck
Anyone that actually thinks the Kashtira pack was the way to go is a smooth brain. The only good card for this series would be Fenrir, which is also limited. Kash is too high rarity to see play and the UR pool gets diluted by stuff like Theosis and Wraitsoth that require other high rarity cards to be useful
His problem is his luck with pulls this season if you ignore prank kids but he said he hates that deck so nothing can be done. He gets destroyed by rng ngl
I think Gage has the most dangerous collection right now, what even ban? Dragunity is kinda crazy, Shinos looking good... and we are only 2nd episode after the bans.
Gage seems to have learned quite a lot thanks to his first run in Saga, now he just needs to make sure his plays are consistently good and he'll be cooking like crazy.
You know what, props to Doug for trying with a new deck this week, despite how bad his pulls were. Gage really hitting his stride with the Dragunity and Shinobird decks.
Just for the future, I think exluding Poly from cards that can be banned would make sense to me. It's closer to something that gives access to a summoning mechanic than just a card, and banning it would limit access to multiple interesting strategies. Now architype spesific Polys and whatnot are completely fair game.
i dont know why i always go into these episodes and think farfa is clearly the most profound duelist of these 3 he should be able to catch up if he plays a good deck and it is always so funny how he absolutely throws everything (it is hard at the edge of becoming frustrating which is crazy in such a series) i will try to never disrespect you again, doug and gage by thinking this, you 3 are clearly equals
Honestly I don't know if I can go back to one on one saga, the banter between Señor Zeef and Farfa was already pretty good but adding gage just skyrocket it to max level. I know farfa has a podcast with Jesse and it's not really my thing but a podcast with gage and farfa and zeef would go so hard I'd watch it every week I'd even pay on patron for it
honestly, I know doug was joking about owl, but allowing, like, trading might be interesting for season 7. like, trade up to 3 cards with each other player per week or something, balancing giving them what they want and getting what you need
A rule I would suggest to add is that you can only ban cards that have been used/added to the deck in the 5 episodes before the banlist. That would add a layer of strategy even in deciding of what do you play and what do you keep
"Mulcharmy" is supposed to be a combination of "multi" and "charmy". Also, it comes from the word "charm" not "charming" actually, and in Japanese it basically means cute or is just supposed to be a cute sounding name. It's used quite a bit in products and such in Japan, but I don't think it's a real English word. It's what in Japanese is referred to as 和製英語 or literally "Japan-made English".
When Doug goes 1 deep into the Graydle pack, does that count towards the 2 limit of going into packs? Like, could he go into Graydle 2 times in the future, or only 1 more time?
I feel like it would be better to have two different versions of the 5 extra packs reward on the Farfa wheel. Specify 5 extra Master packs and 5 extra Secret packs for future spins.
@@dariuspenner2528 My thought exactly. It basically just gets more secret pack options. I also believe that not every reward on the wheel needs to be a huge bonus. There should be some spins that are pretty mid.
I was thinking that a fun way to include MBT in a small way would be to have him do a 60 sec deck breakdown when you guys build new decks, that way people that don’t know the archetypes (like me) can have a minor understanding of what you guys are trying to do. Just figured since he already does similar stuff on his channel that it might work. But I still love the series either way 🤷🏽♂️
