In this video, I break down season 6 of NBA 2K24 MyTeam. Dark matter Shai Gilgeous Alexander is the level 40 reward. Galaxy opal Paolo Banchero is the season pass reward. Dark matter Dikembe Mutombo is the salary cap reward. Other rewards include dark matter Glen Rice, galaxy opal Lauri Markkanen and dark matter Terry Dischinger. This was another season of MyCasino with all the best cards being behind gambling. I hope this helps your no money spent, budget or god squad.

I stepped away from the game for two months and only returned last week. I was hoping they'd realise their errors and revert to a more player friendly model. Unfortunately not. The concept that, for the last three months, and likely going forward, the only way to get the best 70 or so cards is to gamble, and at extortionate prices with prohibitive odds, is inconcievable. I can't believe they've kept so much of their player base.

I enjoyed it because i dont gamble. My squad went from having a few opals to full dm. Season was great. Playing against cards i couldnt get without gambling was a nightmare however until i got my squad right.

Glen Rice and Shai are really good though. Same with Harden. I don’t mind Lauri either. Jrue Holiday is also good. So at least the free cards were good 😭😭

It’s been pretty sad. They’ve made up partially by giving locker codes and free packs and stuff like that, but season 7 has to stop the total gamble content. Hopefully dark matters will come to the player market to start the season

Lock ins imo should be a player option pack of all the dark matters in the set excluding the 100 overall that way ppl can do their theme teams and get the players they want but 2k doesnt care and probably wont do that cuz they money hungry

No auction house not too bad for NMs, you can load up into a game and you won’t see 12 100 overalls and the dude off balling and back cutting.

Auction house made the game 10x better I don’t even be spending money but I always had the best cards when AH was in the game I would just snipe cards or grind MT and buy them now you can’t even get your favorite cards without gambling it’s terrible

The laugh here is at the end, KAT is Deal of the day. He was just free as a choice for the locker code if you wanted him. Most took Jokic, but I already had Jokic so took him again for an Exchange.

It’s cause every free drop they give us 1 solid card and then usually a bunch of garbage men to go with it then they give us good cards but they’re locked behind gambling so hardly anyone at all has the elite cards in the game which means all the good free cards are able to stick around longer

I'm barely playing. Mode rewards don't play for me, even tho I'm still grinding free players cause I'm less than 100 cards from collector level. And I'm not gambling for the players I don't have.

I bet yall $1000. Next game they introduce the auction house back due to popular demand. Back better than ever. They put it as a new feature and on the back of the cover! This is 2k! I suck at MlB. I avg a .100 against the computer on rookie. In about 10 total house I have an entire diamond 85+ team with multiple 90+ players. 0 dollar spent. I don't even like baseball

I didn't mind it it was smy first season back I was able to get a ok team lock-ing sets I don't “really” care about not being able to get specific players (cause my only “fav” player is ak (I got him)) and the rest of the players r just SF1 SG1 to ME I think the gambling isn't that bad (cause its easy to lock in) but I realize some ppl don't know how or aren't gonna be able to get the 1-2 DMs a week by getting the exchange packs and locking in

Not sure if it’s just me, every time I lose it’s by 10+, if I had all gambling cards I’d probably still lose to the same opponents. But the games I win I feel like I’d win with any opals or good PD’s against their DM’s.

It's so annoying, if you just ignore the gamble only Friday content it's actually been a pretty rewarding season for NMS. It's just that you can't ignore that the "main" content is just horrible. There's been some good grinds and rewards but all the best stuff is gamble only and that lowers the rating of this season (and game) massively.

@@TyDeBo I think gameplay this year is the best it's been for years. It's reasonably balanced and there isn't too much "cheese" after they fixed triangle/y cuts. Tuesday content being smaller but grindable is perfect. Can choose to pay or play for it whilst none of it is breaking the game. Mode rewards are worth it. All of them have been top 10 in their position and that's all you can ask for. Glen is a mental grind but also the best card in the game, salary cap took a while but Dikembe is top 3 at worst. Can't complain there. Then you look at the top tier named cards being gamble only, nobody can choose to use Bron or Giannis or Jordan or Duncan or Bird etc and you remember how horrible it all is. I've played against 1 100 overall since they dropped. That's how rare they are.

BORING season ever. No Friday hype anymore. My squad is dull as locking for DMs that I don't want doesn't motivate me to continue playing. I don't know.. this game is just not enjoyable anymore so awaiting NCAA Football so I can just uninstall 2K24 once and for all.
