Personally I think because of the sea 🌊 it’s making Dar es salam more beautiful, Nairobi is also beautiful only if the gov allows the highway to be used for free

Nairobi City urbanization is really well planned and is more developed coz in you comparison l can see Kenya has more developed areas which you couldn't compare with Dar es Salaam but Dar es Salaam is also good the only problem with Dar es Salaam city is that it look so conjested with old buildings, conjestion of buildings make it look like Middle East cities and Tanzania should consider having international financial districts apart from CDB like in Kenya they have Upper Hills and Westlands in Dar es Salaam they are building everything in one area .

Dar es salam is an old city compare to Nairobi, in east Africa was mombasa and dar es salam with Zanzibar formed Swahili nation but after European arrival thing changed because European love the Nairobi weather in fact they adored the Kilimanjaro weather too that’s why they built Nairobi as theirs, dar es salam was built by Arabic peoples and some Asian that’s why Nairobi more developed it, then Nairobi has many big investors than dar es salam so dar es salam better way far cus it built itself not European like Nairobi

The reason why Dar has got more population than NBO is because millions of kenyans and foreigners have moved to other cities within kenya. Devolution has played a major role in growth of cities like Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, Eldoret, Kisii, Kakamega , Lamu etc. Soon the upcoming cities like Konza , tatu and northlands will depopularize NBO.

You can't compare Nairobi and dar es salaam. The GDP is all that matters. GDP of Nairobi is bigger than entire Tanzania combined. Nairobi years ahead. Kindly the RU-vid should visit the entire Nairobi metropolis from Tatu city, konza, upper hill, Eastleigh, kitengela, rongai, ngong, kikuyu, Westland, utawalla, ruai, . Nairobi is huge. I did not mention small shopping centres in our neighborhoods like karen centre, bulbul etc

Endelea kulala usingizi utashangazwa. Do you know how many billionaires are there in Dar ? GDP is just a factor which equates income of people...misleading concept. People income are never equal anyway. I know Nairobi was the biggest City in EA but from the video i can see Dar growing faster and it is more beautiful than Nairobi considering the fronting to the sea, that spectacular view of the sea is amazing.

Dar is equivalent to Mombasa our second largest city. I'm talking about economy and GDP not skyscrapers please. Skyscrapers don't make a city wealthy. In Europe there are no tall buildings but they are very rich

Dar es salaam has a population double of Nairobi. International companies in Nairobi is the result sabotage. Nairobi is not clean city. I think you are Kenyan,
