The cell is equipped with:
- Loading system for tubes ranging from 675 mm to 4175 mm
- hashtag#MIB 50T press for punching and sizing operations at tube ends
- 60T forming machine with a 6-position tool changer, for multi-step forming and punching
- Measuring system to verify presence and shape of holes.
The finished tubes exit onto an inclined surface.
This cell can produce structural tubes for both standing and suspended scaffolding.
