@@keco7081I got into Exscape, but I didn’t get into them a long time ago. They had some hits. I was living in California and I had to move a car and then some Exscape, and then my co-worker it’s that’s Exscape. I was a fan since then.

Frankly, I feel they should have been called En Vogue and EnVogue called SWV because they really had the voices. With SWV, it was only 1 voice we heard. Coko's strong leads.

I bought their first album on cassette summer of my 6th grade year during our church trip to LA for the Missionary Sunday School Convention 😅 we took a field trip to the 'swap meet' and I used my little coins to get their tape!! 🤗✨ (And Hi5 too..my first music purchases 🎉😂)

You can’t be the GOAT with only 3-4 hits, 1 major album, and 1 singer. I love them, but groups like Xscape, En Vogue, TLC, & DC are far better. Honestly, they occupy that 2nd Tier with groups like Total & 702. Weak is a classic, but besides Right Here (Human Nature Rmx) and possibly Rain, they didn’t have many other popular hits. For what they did do, they killed it though.

This isn't true at all. The other two are definitely singing on all, but may 1 track. Their blend is so tight that they sound like one voice, which is what DC used to do and many great girl groups. Also, SWV used to perform songs that weren't there and Leelee has lead on a good amount of those. Her voice sounds like a cloud.

Just got reminded of the producer because I watched a video about the issues with SWV and their best producer Brian Alexander Morgan. When you listen you will see how it sounds/ sung like a Faith song for real!
