That’s why they showed the back of her head and not her face when she was interviewing him in her office, him doing all those boisterous impressions. I don’t think anybody could have kept a serious face for all that!

It being an accident doesn't make any sense. The camera was positioned specifically to capture the icing falling into the tea.

The first shot of the falling icing was accidental and ad-libbed, the close up shot was staged and edited in after the fact.
