Hi Chong. I am curious. Is there any studies or knowledge on when the window closes for barefoot stimulation of fascia?

@@Killer1ft-xr7rv i didnt buy the program but there are many exercises you can do, start with 3 basic hft, then increase duration of exercises and reps, and then add more days, then u can find exercises and stretches on his insta just make ur own reps and sets, you can do spinal hygiene also good, do grounding for 20-30m daily and u will be glutes and core. but its def gonna take longer than his program which can be done in like 12 weeks. consistency is key u might doubt it first then u will realize how good it is. also u need to roll ur fascia he has like a 15m vid on it. dont mean u cant build muscle anymore, u just need to practice different movement patterns cus ur not a crab ur a human with ability to flow

ive had plantar fasciitis (bottom of the feet) for quite a while. and over time ive ran more, harder and walked more, every small progression is painful but its regrown/strengthened it to the point that i can comfortably run 12kmh without it bothering me afaik plantar fasciitus happens because it was injured and it grew back misformed and is now constantly inflamed
