Yes it is but businesses are aware of stupid lawsuits such as a “class action” suit where companies lose millions , people make a few dollars and the crooked lawyers make most of the money … if I owned a gas station I would also post warnings even if I thought it was all b.s. Nobody wants to be sued …many companies know it’s ridiculous but they know they are better off playing the game 🤷

The disturbing thing to me is Dave isn’t kidding about feeling good because you’re local sports team won. Ben Affleck should feel complete because Boston teams won.
