I don't know how this is going to play out, but there is no way all of info can be brought out and dealt with that fast. If he were tried on everything, the trial would be decades long. So they are either going to have more cases brought later or they are just going to hit with the worst of it and put him away for life.
It is also a possibility that Cassie's lawyers could have leaked it or even Cassie. I think when Cassie was going to sue Diddy, she went to the hotel and acquired the video to plead ner case.
