I'm Almost 63 and I know you're telling the TRUTH !!! WE are the "Baby Boomers" the last generation whose lives were innocent & wholesome. I remember BEGGING my mother to let me have parties in the BASEMENT!!😅 I used to have black lights (light bulbs)with posters that glowed when you turned the regular lights off and turned the Black Light On!!!😲 Remember That? WE danced to Al Green, George Clinton, Temptations, Parliament & The Funkadelics, Sly & the Family Stone, Michael Jackson & Prince!!! We watched Soul Train to learn the newest dances, We had Sandwiches, Cookies,Chips & Dip, and Punch, and Boones Farm Wine someone snuck in. When we went to the movies we saw, Coley High, and Cleopatra Jones for $1.00 !!! And most of all we had a respect that our parents instilled in us. We were grateful, honest, and obedient. We went to church on Sundays & Blessed our meals before eating it. I may be OLD NOW, But I thank God for all of the Beautiful Memories. 🙏♥️🤗
