After Biggie got killed, Diddy wanted to make sure everyone knew he was the new top dog going forward. Biggie's legacy didn't matter to him anymore. All Puff cared about was making a few extra bucks of Biggie with those last few posthumous releases. He know people would buy those relases no matter how poorly they were promoted.
