Seeing all these “oddities” in one vid makes me long for the days when there were a few weird castings sprinkled in the regular weekly clips. Too much of a good thing, maybe?! Or just oddball overkill?! 😂 Thanks for sharing.
very cool , Ive been waiting for more of the Buddy Jay weird car bonanza. Something I miss from the weekly finds vids. The cars movies are fun and entertaining I think you would like them.
What a great video! TY for sharing. Can't believe you were able to focus in on the pic inside the camera from the MBX passport series. I love Yat Mings, I don't know why, but I love them. I don't have any Fresh Cherries or motor max but they are awesome. A friend that does not collect diecast was looking for a diecast of his first car. He had an early Ford pinto that was Mustard yellow with a green interior and Fresh Cherries came very close to what he had.
That SC430 is really cool, I actually have 2 other casts of that generation SC, a Maisto Fresh Metal & an awesome one from Realtoy. Very cool diecast oddities, 1:144 is the scale I'm guessing the tiny construction casts are in, fairly common scale for construction and farming equipment. And the Motorworld lineup was pretty cool. Thanks for the cool showcase!
Norscott is a premium brand of construction vehicles, usually pretty expensive. That Majorette crane truck appears to be a GMC Brigadier. Like that Z4 and Lexus SC430. That Mountain Dew race car kinda resembled a Chevy Lumina. Ive got a few CARS cars,The King Superbird,Snot Rod Challenger, and Andrew Vrooman El Camino. Love that Shelby Cobra and Mustang II. Remember Kidco brand? I remember them having regular 1/64 cars and the Key Cars and Lockups cars. Great video of older cars.👍
Just this week I found more Golden Wheels. These were in the wild and were another 1/43 stock car and 1/43 Indy car. They are Pepsi as it appears Golden Wheels only does promo stuff. I do have a few 1/64 Dew things including a Lambo.
I advice you to research the "Summer" brand that made the contach lambo . Old company since the 70s !.,they make basic cars but some early models are highly collectable like porsche 930 . There are many unique models they did like the tucker . Early models with script on the base and Hong Kong stamped are gaining value. I collect vintage 1:64 cars and love off brands a lot. Keep up they entertaining videos 👍
Since you made this video I already sent more of the odd, weird, rare & defunct plus have more to come in my special drawer. If you recall that Lambo was in the pic I sent of some stuff I grabbed and you immediately spied it so I sent.
Yat ming/ road signature are similar to oxford diecast and carrarama all around that oo scale which i collect. I also do have the cars from the cars films got a fair sized collection of 16 ish very slowly growing as focusing on the main collection of oo scale and 1/64 i go up to. 2 of the cars collection are 2 of the Apple varients that i didnt notice in the films but thought worth having as very different and unique.
