RIP Diego, a true magician. Just imagine what he could have done if he had protection from referees and was more disciplined in his personal life. Much loved. A legend forever.
4:09 When Maradona scored that goal against Italy, 100% of Italians would have hated him, but when maradona died last month, 100% of Italians would have shed tears on his loss, for they loved him most.... This is what Football can do to nations and human mind. Maradona showed to the world, how to Live a passionate life.
Actually the move was entirely uncommon. It threw the 3 defenders off. Maradona went to the same area where Buruchaga was, and the latter had to run away, and Maradona spotted the open man just when he lost speed and was going to get tackled. To put the ball in the perfect spot when going down is simply amazing
Always produced the greatest performances in the greatest stage of football .....maradona is football ....nobody will have the same impact that he had on football fans of that generation....RIP the Greatest of all time .....
2:25 never realized the huge tackle he got here, thats why this type of video is great, some details that only the players themselves can remember and tell
Thanks Diego!!! The world, the Argentines and especially the Boca Juniors fans are always going to love you! You were pure inspiration, the example that when you love something you do, you can create perfection. When you played ball you were always in the present moment. No external problem mattered. You were like a child ... happy, cheerful, passionate and wanting to have fun doing better and better. They say that we are creative beings parts of a whole, individualized on earth to experience that creative essence. You are a faithful reflection that we can create our reality, for better or for worse. You lived what no one else: to be venerated in life. Not everyone has the balance to endure that and you were no exception. Nobody is an example of anyone, although we are reflections so that others can define themselves and decide what they want and what they do not want to do. Thanks for being one of the best mirrors in every way! May you rest in peace and joy and until the next life! ❤ Gracias diego!!! No importaba ningun problema externo. ❤
Maradona was an institution in himself, whether on or off the pitch. On the pitch he was an artist with a canvas and off the pitch he stood against neo-colonialism. RIP 🔟💙🔟💙
Greatest soccer/footballer ever to grace the pitch /human of course and not perfect but that is exactly why he was so great ..truly players like that no longer exist
2:15 Peter Shilton was worried about the player on his right side and he was preempting a pass more than a strike at goal. Maradona was even puzzled by his move lol
