Arras definitely has a better “feel” to it - not to mention the huge variety of tanks, instant level-ups, score restores, and a dev that’s actively updating and fixing the game. It’s just nostalgic how far diep has come...only to die off because the dev doesn’t want to update it and scripters exist. Arras recently had a lagbot attack, but the dev banned them within a week - It just goes to show how much an active dev can do. I love diep, but imma stick with arras all the way :>

"You can see how good the games really are" Diep: 1. Nearly all of the classes are painfully unbalanced, and many are downright unplayable; 2. Bullet recoil is both a (thankfully very brief) stunlock and it also rolls a die to see which direction you will be blasted in; 3. The maze walls STILL kill your momentum when you touch them; 4. Despite their defensive nature meaning they should stay put, traps have almost zero mass and get swept out of the way by just about anything; 5. Base drones attack without the slightest warning, it's difficult to tell when you have crossed the threshold that allows base drones to attack, they can easily be mistaken for battleship drones or missed entirely, and even if you notice them as soon as they appear on-screen, death is often already unavoidable. (There may be more problems inherent to the game that I have not listed) Arras: 1. The shield mechanic makes it unnecessarily difficult to predict how much damage a bullet (or a small group of bullets/shapes/etc) will do, and it often feels luck based; 2. The game tries too hard to feel both fast-paced and smooth, or at least that's the feeling I get when I play it; 3. The mechanics stemming from that can be exploited, so that you essentially bullcrap your way into surviving for an absurdly long time (I have done this on multiple occasions, using a glass build every time) without having all that much actual skill; 4. The AI for auto-turrets, crashers, and bosses, as well as the hitboxes, feel - I don't know... just weird? These lists are not intended to be exhaustive, I just wanted to write down all the things I could think of that are wrong with diep and arras as games.
10:50 "and then you have tanks like mega-smasher or architect that are very fast..." ... Yeah that's probably one of the reasons I survived for so long. I was playing as architect, at least once. It's very difficult to kill a fast tank, just because they are more able to dodge bullets, drones, you name it. Maybe that's the one thing I'm good at...
i prefer arras its much more than a diep copy. Ive gotten many millions in arras and a single in diep, with that i can say that arras is definitely easier that diep. One reason i like arras its the variety you never know if the person will kill you in one shot or ram you with the malefictor. 2nd reason i like arras is instant lvl45. You can instantly get in to action. Imo thats all i can say about diep and arras. And lag of course
I prefer diep, but arras is far from a bad game. Diep just _feels_ better than arras for me. Smoother and just less clunky. Tank variety does definitely go to arras though, and actual updates go to arras aswell.
I like both games, but when in terms of enjoyment and fun, definitely diep. I prefer arras when I get bored of playing all the same tanks and game modes from the original game and when I’m looking for getting good scores or just having fun with even more tanks and a few modes that should be in diep. Unfortunately, no matter what arras server I’m on, I almost always lag a bit which is why I prefer diep, because lag is far less frequent.
Arras is easier to master bc of auto level up and I’m biased against diep, but for extra challenge diep is better. I’d say arras is the one I like more

Arras.io is way better, Why? in Diep.io when your level 45 and you died, your level will become 22 which diep.io is bad but arras.io is like a sandbox but multiplayer, When you died then your level is saved but you can press N to level up instantly so Arras.io is better
Please try either Machine gunner or stream liner with 0 bullet speed, max damage, penatration, bullet health and reload. It's WAY TO OP and I've easily gotten scores like 500k and higher. It's only weakness is overlords, and it completely demolishes rammers.
I prefer diep because I'm a lot more used to that game (been playing it for almost 4 years), and playing arras just breaks what I know from diep (This video proves it). However, given enough time, i'll be able to understand arras and be able to play both games. Also, (from what I've heard), arras is a fanmade sequel to diep.
becaauuuusseee the mount of damage a factory drone does by ramming is the same just harder to control but the factory drones also shoot bullets that annihilates spread shots, or pent shot, or any tank
well, tbh players balance tanks on their own because the op tanks become boring, and then they become other tanks to take down those op tanks. so fairly op, but not.

Arras.io and diep.io is good but I prefer arras.io In Arras.io drones are faster than in diep.io and it’s easier to dodge in arras.io and an active developer makes it better, you can instant level up which makes it easier to get more score, More Gamemodes like Portal 4TDM, Portal Mothership, Assault aka D-Day, siege and more bosses! Nest keeper, elite crasher, rouge palisade and more! If 2 people help kill 1 person they both get score! I got a lot of 1 millions in arras.io but none in diep.io, more tanks like armsman crossbow auto overseer (my personal favourite), and overdrive, but the bad part is that this game is extremely underrated, it needs more player like 700, it’s a good fan made game! Also the pentagons give a lot of score if someone kills them self in it!
I like arras.io, because its movement mechanic is better than diep.io, because in diep.io, you need to speed up more faster, than its need, because if you stop run or turn into the other side in diep.io, you have to speed up again
Diepio got a bit terrible tbh, because the game no longer own by the original devs. It was aquire by another gaming devs i guess. I miss the old diepio For arrasio its a bit sketchy and its laggy aint smooth. But still playable.
I think diepio is as good as arrasio.because arrasio can start 45level. That's a good point because it's easy for noob.(noob is me).But it is not good point, because the game balance is lost.

Bitch what? My best fps is 20 and my best ping is 150. Stop complaining, because those stats for me are everywhere. Also, use Opera GX, that should fix the lag in arras.
I think diep.io is to slow of a game but I keep playing it because it runs better, when the other game starts running better then imo it's gonna be better due to more fast paced gameplay
I like diepio only bec it is not much smoother like arrasio it is sooooooo much smoother so that tank speed is to fast and drone speed to fast i like diepio :)
