Worked great, I have a Shibaura 24 horse 3cylinder diesel, and I changed the fuel filter but it would not start after. I followed your instructions and bled the air out, still would not start, the Shibaura does not have the bleed screws like yours so I had to undo the injector lines and bled until the fuel appeared by turning the engine over. Reconnected the lines and it started after about 10 seconds of turning over. So no matter what the tractor your info is the answer. Thank you.
thanks, My father in laws just quit running on me while going up hill. The fuel filter is nearly empty. I'll check it out tomorrow. see if fuel is draining into filter from tank and if so, try bleeding it. It tries to start and run real weak for a moment. A few seconds. You're video gave me a starting point.
Good to keep the fuel level up in the Tank. When my tractor hits a quarter tank if I get on to steep but he’ll it’ll pull air and then I have to fill the tank and bleed the lines. You can do it!
@@helpinguonline That's probably my case here. I'm ordered a fuel filter, so I'm putting off bleeding it until I put it on. I watched a guy crimp the return line to bleed it. It didn't work for me. I also to replace the lines. They're original. 1980's. The return line was pretty rotten at the connection to the fuel tank. Thanks again for the video. It takes time to share your troubles. Most of us don't take the time and just move on after finding out troubles.
