With the experience we strongly recommended to give a good cleanup to your Navara Diesel tank at least on very 30000 KMs This the fact that eventually harm your injectors and fuel pump
Very good advice , I had a 2.0l Mazda 6 , I replaced the scv , then the high pressure pump , and finally I checked the tank filter , it was one massive blob of black grunge.
Well, in Spain built does not have a pump assembly inside the tank unlike Thailand built… that’s that what Thailand built has two different fuel filters
Well, that probably the fuel meter wire socket might have been broken or short circuit, On top of the fuel tank there are 2-3 wire connectors, just remove them and inspect first
Hi. I have a request. You wrote to me once that you fixed the engine rattling by replacing the camshaft. Can you tell what was the damage to the shaft? we have a few people in the forum. we are identical to the problems. maybe it will save us. everything is already done. still the same. valve adjustment did not help. The rattling seems to come out as if the wrong smoking timing has been set. how to check if the camshaft is damaged? thanks for help.
Well, even yesterday I’ve experienced the same issue with one of the D40 that has rattling wherein the issue was due to the worn camshaft, I can post some pictures or videos of the same
@@abcautotrendy fuel pressure idle speed 750rpm 30mpa. 1500 engine revolutions 40 MPa, 2000 also 40 MPa. This is normal? the camshaft looks ok. no big chafing. could there be another invisible defect?
Sir my hose breather broke in the middle (right on the white plastic) which is connection from fuel tank to casis.. And im using glue to fix then.. Is that bad?
FREDERICK VUELBA yes there are oil seals on the rocker cover, you can check in the market “ask injector top oil seal” I’ll do a quick video on how to replace them
when I accelerate hard, the rattling disappears. the rattling disappears when I accelerate strongly and when the revs are close to 3000. after a 20-minute break, it also works quietly. the rattling returns when I move normally without accelerating. typical isterka, everyone is writing but there is no solution ... maybe some suggestions what else can I check?
the pressure is 28-30mpa at idle. 40mpa 2000 revolutions. when I disconnect the fuel pressure sensor on the running engine it stops rattling. and at 2000 revolutions it is around 46mpa. only with the disconnected sensor there is an emergency trib and no power.
@@v.n.7495 okay I got the Issue now.. it apparently your injectors are not balanced according to the ECU output, do one thing to clear the injector coding and recode all 4 injectors. Before you do that just lose the injector pipe in the fuel rail that comes from the injector pump (the middle pipe) it seem there is an air in the rail, after releasing air it would normalize and if not you may need to replace the fuel pressure sensor that is in the common rail (front side) PS: once you loosen the fuel pipe just crank and see how much of air being released
