Diesel - Love Junk (1991) | Reaction 

This song encapsulates everything that is great about Diesel! His voice, his songwriting, his strut, and his mad guitar skills!

To me this was the most Diesel of all Diesel songs. Just all in and going for it - vocally and musically. He’s such a talent and it never made sense why he didn’t make it bigger.

A great reaction to a great track. Love Junk was on Hepfidelity, from around 1992. You have to get around to hearing some other tracks from that album. Man Alive, Tip Of My Tongue and Come To Me are classics from that album. However, you should listen to the whole album as there truly isn't a dud on there. As they say in the classics: All Killer, No Filler. That sums up Hepfidelity.

Great song! This came out right around when the Red Hot Chilli Peppers came out hence the rap parts and breakdowns. As someone else mentioned, this song really shows his scope of talent. Great song writing, great singing and great guitar playing... ✌

I loved Johnny’s Hepfidelity album and the concert tour for this album was his best. Been a fan from his first song right through.

Cry in Shame, Don’t Need Love, Looking for Love ….these songs are before Love Junk…. The very start of Mark Lizotte’s aka Diesels Career…..
