Ingredients for fish soup, diet food:
- 250-300 gr pike perch fillet;
- 100-200 gr salmon fillet;
- 30-40 ml olive oil or sunflower oil;
- approx. 2 liters of water;
- fish bones, skeleton, head, tails;
- 100 gr potatoes, diced;
- 1 large onion, finely chopped;
- 60-70 gr celery, diced;
- 50-60 gr parsley root, finely diced;
- 250 gr mixed frozen vegetables (peas, red bell pepper, corn, green beans, carrot);
- 150 gr broccoli;
- 150 gr tomatoes or tomato paste or tomato juice;
- 2 homemade stock cubes (see the recipe here: • 👉Cea mai buna 🥬VEGETA ... );
- a small sprig of rosemary;
- 3-4 small bay leaves;
- 1 teaspoon of salt, but taste and season accordingly at the end;
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper;
For the soup dressing:
- 150 gr 10% fat Greek yogurt;
- juice from one lemon, or to taste;
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley;
- 1 bunch of fresh dill;
The fish bones, head, and tails are added to boil from the beginning (see video). The meat, diced fillet, is added 10 minutes before turning off the heat, to prevent the meat from falling apart.
