Hey, I would just like to say that your body is functioning on basal metabolism - calories that your body burns just by living, breathing, sleeping, just doing "nothing" so eating "more" is seeing for some people stressful but honestly you will achieve in long term nothing with starving yourself. Just by that fact that your body needs carbs, healthy fats, and lots of protein to maintain your muscle and your menstruation cycle too. From your workout you already look toned enough and even after that ab workout you should consume a protein shake and some meal carb, protein and healthy fat. Like that chicken bowl you had. You dont need to be scared of eating even after that binge for 7 days. Your body needs food = fuel. Even after binge or not. I am writing this because a lot of girls can see this with today mainstream media promoting to go on non optimal "diet" to loose weight. With dieting is coming a lot of yoyo effect when your body regain all that loose weight by unhealthy diet. Your not taking care of your body with that diet,not enough macro and micro nutrients. You should try gym for a month with weightlifting and cardio and optimal diet like - protein salmon,chicken, turkey, beef, lean protein,eggs,tofu - healthy fats as avocado, nuts, oils, fish, carbs - vegetables,fruits,potatoes, rice, quinoa, oats, and dairy products. There is a lot of high protein meals that will keeps you satisfied and will help you loose weight. Please do your reseach first because you could lost your menstruation cycle with not enough nutrients and there are other side effects as hair loss, not enough energy etc.

Hey love, Firstly I wanted to say that u’re video is very entertaining. But you only ate barley 400kcal, that’s not healthy at all. You need at least about 1400kcal. The first kg‘s are mostly just water, not fat. Trust me, it’s better to be on a healthy(!!) calorie deficit than getting into an eating disorders. It’s especially affecting ur viewers :/ Pls try to get into a healthy weight loss journey, it’s important for your health and body. xoxo
