it incredibly bad to starve yourself as diet. all it does is cause your metabolism (burn calories ) to slow down. Which mean the store fat is staying longer in your body. You probably gain more weight when your off the diet and lose muscle. eat small portion but have more meal throughout the day.

It's sad that the standard for Korean women is to look like Yoona. She's naturally slim but for curvy idols like Seolhyun it's difficult to balance her body type and what they consider "dieting". No wonder why so many idols and actresses end up with an IV drop or faint 😡

X o g u d. It’s those bags that when you are at the hospital they inject u sodium chloride. Suppose to help u keep from being hungry and loose vitamins and nutrients. However in the Asian culture they do it to help sickness. However there are studies now that this medical practice is very dangerous. Results very from shock within the organs to amputations of the limbs due to poor blood flow.

All the things they ate were healthy anyway. Tofu, chicken, radishes and rice I don't see how that can be unhealthy for you. ? They did eat a lot but at least they aren't sticks like some groups (not intentionally meaning any groups, no hate please) but we all know how hard other girl groups have to diet. With hectic schedules, it's better for them to eat nutritional food (as the unnies have)

I think that it's because of this video and also those "I Live Alone" videos of Hwasa from Mamamoo enjoying her food that sometimes my appetite will suddenly go wild and I can get very hungry. And usually I will start craving for Chinese, Japanese and Korean food... sometimes also Filipino and Vietnamese food. So I will cook a large amount of rice and add a mixture of chopped vegetables and will eat it with something similar to the above types of food and when I am eating my meal, I will watch this video or one of the videos of Hwasa enjoying what she made, and after that I am still hungry :-)
