right spot on! I am on a fast mimicking diet marathon (another fancy collocation to remember) and you are playing devil's advocate about treating myself to something nice. I surely will, once this 'dieting' is over
Hi Paul, as I´ve put on more kilos than is healthy and nice I should stick to the diet to lose the wight. I am going to do a lot of exericise and cut down on the amounds of food I eat. Mayby it is a good idea to go cold tuerkey but there is needed a strong will that I don´t think I have. However, Paul, thanks you for your such an interesting and related English vocabulary and the many useful ideas and phrases.
I wish you good luck on your diet! I think it is important to watch your daily sugar intake since all the calories you consume build up in your body and thus may result in you gaining more and more kilogrammes. I personally am not on any diet, but because Christmas is approaching rather quickly, I will try to watch my waistline. I think it's pointless to go cold turkey, however because I don't trust myself I could stick to such a diet. Just my two cents trying to use the vocabulary :)
Thank you for this video. It was very interesting to learn new words and ways of saying about diet. As for me, I always try to follow a simple diet made of reduced amount of fat and calories in order to get in shape.
Paul, hello! Thanks for the great teachings you've been making for us. They're really helpfull! It's sometimes hard to cut down on sugar or bread. But I try to use them in moderation:) but still feel myself a little bit chubby) and I need to do sports more often)
