Different types of slabs....
in this video i am going to show the difference between one way slab two way slab and flat plate slab............
in one way we have two sides beam and in two way slab we have four side beams..........and last in flat plate slab we have no beam....
keep in mind all beams are hidden in the slab.......

Sir I am a site engineer as u said one way slab is supported on two sides but in my project, one way slab is supported by beam on only one side and for both type of slab, there is no bent up bar instead there is a straight mesh of top and bottom bar. Does the concept thought by you varies according to conditions and design?

how do you define which is main bar and which is distribution bar? Does main bar always mean for short bar and distribution mean for long bar?

@Yamin Phyu Main reinforcement is provided in shorter span to resist the bending moment and distribution reinforcement is provided in longer span for temperature change n other minor changes.

sir you can't describe the one way slab and two way slab just on the basis of support conditions the ratio of length in both direction is right approach to define one way and two way slab cause in one way slab if length ratio is greater thn 2 we call it one way whatever the support conditions are , hope you'll clear this doubt
