I got s57 NJL on 7 sep 2022 and replied it in writing with all information required, then attached in the immi account on 8 sep 2022, and now still waiting for the decision from DHA, whether my visitor visa application will be granted or refused. Hopefully, I will get a good news soon.
Hi. On the 4th of July I received a natural justice letter for not stating my Canadian visa refusal that was in my old passport. On July 7, we added our answer to this as a pdf in the other documents section. Do you think I have a chance to get a visa? ( application date march 2022, subclass 500 for 6 month language school)

I applied on Dec 24 for student visa for my phd in Australian National University and got s56 request on January 26 and submitted it on January 27 from that day onwards its showing further assessment. I uploaded new ecoe again. When can I expect my visa? Any guess?

Bro I applied for student visa along with my spouse and kid … my and son visa is granted and status is showing finalised …. they required some addition information in case of my spouse ..but now since Iam main applicant and status is showing finalised I cannot upload and docs so we have email to them the required docs for my spouse … now it’s been more then 3 months since we provided information but there is no update on spouse visa and in immi account in front of my spouse name it is blank and there is no status …. What needs to be done … we have raise several queries
Hi Danish bhai, I applied my wife 485 SE visa. They asked for police certificate which I provided on 22/6. Do you know how long it takes to get the decision after they ask for s56 as it seems someone at least assigned to the application and worked on it.

@@maneeharani8135 actually my brother still waiting for result and i sent the answer of S57, I think you should also sent it, there is chance to visa granted if you have real justification, which kind of request sent by embassy and what is your profile

Hello, I applied for a Canadian student visa in 2021, but I was rejected for classical reasons. Since my passport was about to expire, I took out a new passport and applied for an Australian student visa. I got an e-mail today called s57 natural justice. @@Danishnaqashaus Sir it mean it depends upon luck.my lounge date was 30 of May and got my s56 request on 17 of August but my consultant didn't informed me,I came to knew that when I personally checked my visa status.i think my consultant updated an health insurance and polio vaccination certificate and m also thinking of updating a new bank statement as I add some more amount in it recently ,is it correct?
