3.8yrs, who can speak all words which we say he can repeat and even use it in right place in another conversation. Both Tamil and English language, he can sing full song 10+ songs with covering all words. but he is not starting the new conversation like greetings when meeting people, where you gone mamma, give me food, shall we play ball, like sentences .. But telling only in words or picking on his own rather asking food. not telling interests, not eating food on own, not chewing food.

My son doesn’t make eye contact. He is fine with speech really One of my most complaint is his lack of eye contact. He is visually impaired. So when I took him to the Nerology I mentioned if it could be autistic. She said since my son is visually impaired and the only thing he has is lack of eye contact it’s because of his vision just because a child has one autistic trait doesn’t mean he is autistic. To be autistic you have to have many more traits.

Mam.. my son had started saying mama at 10 M but when the caretaker left at 11 M .. I think he felt bad and didn't speak. 1. He is now 2.3 yrs old and he says woww, waves bye bye..does hi five and blabbers a lot. 2. He understands commands like bring your shoes.. let's go to park, go to our blue car... He points his things well but will rarely point out when we ask. 3. And also allows us to do everything like takes us to kitchen give me this snack brings his own plate. Brings water . 4. He is hyperactive ... As you said in webinar that these kids are hyperactive and doesn't put much attention... 5. When we play with him he laughs a lot. 6. He plays in park with any age group kid. 7. Doesn't have anger issue. I am a working mother. My husband has taken him to hometown but he doesn't feel like missing me. Can you suggest what should we go ahead.

My son s 3 yrs old ... he speaks only few words like mama, no, go, run,... he doesn't respond to his name many time ... but when I say the I ll turn on his favourite cartoon he responds immediately, he does show much eye contact but follows command s like " wash u r hands", "get u r bowl", "pour water", etc, he expresses well by saying "wow" if he likes something... pls let me know if it is speech delay or autism?

Hi madam, my son is a prematured baby. His speech was delay, after 4 years he started to speech clearly, and we are talking in home Kannada and every 2 years we are shifting from state to another state like Maharashtra he is speaking and communicating in marathi well with friends, later we shift to noida in their he started to talk Hindi with friends and after 6 months we shift to Bangalore he is not communicating with others, but in Kannada our mother tongue he speaks well in home and with other of my family members. In Bangalore everybody was talking in English he can understand but he is scaring to communicate with others in English and he will get high tempered and angry easily for small things. My son is 3 years old, he is hearing impaired with moderate severe loss, hearing age is 1 year, his speech has not come yet, he doesn't do pointing, like he know the names of some objects but when we ask where is fan or baba, he looks towards them but doesn't point, he points objects on book that he knows but can't tell what he needs with pointing, just takes us by holding our hand to that thing, we have seen 2 specialists, they don't think that he is autistic on the basis of their clinical observations,so they didn't administer any autism test on him, just told us that he is delayed due tl hearing, he also follow some simple commands, does bye bye, hi 5 etc, as a mother i am still confused that something is wrong, what should i do, he has poor attention and gives eye contact but not very good, he smiles and socialise with elders but not with kids, he doesn't know how to initiate play

My child is 2.7 yrs old. He can speak most word and make sentence also but if me or someone asked him question like have you had lunch or what are doing now/where are going? He don't respond that instead he repeat my question itself and smile like shy. He is hyperactive..what needs to be done for this?

My daughter was born with congenital defects ie cleft palate pda and scoliosis,and tracheostomy.she has milestone delays.now at the age of 6 can walk and her understanding has improved. But she is not taking initiative or try for speech ..how to help her start on her speech delay

My son has lil delayed milestones mildly premature child born at 34+weeks, started walking at 1.6yrs of age, he does Wseating, now at te age of 28months.. He started saying mummmm ony but he do say nahi if he wants to say no, in between he used to say dey... But now he does only aaa..... like, he asks his things by pointing and picking up but the thing is he doesn't speak.... Should we consider somewhat like autism????

Hello mam Mera 3 year old boy hai wo listen karta hai understand bhi karta hai alphabet and numbers bhi janta hai but bye nahi karta aur wo baccho ke sath nahi khelna pasand karta. Apni demand bata deta hai use kya chahiye but only in words not in sentence

Mera beta moody bht hy means tv off kr deta hy ya koi or kam bgar deta hy agr usko kaho k on kro ya sahi kro isko to nhi krta bhag jata hy mgr zbrdsti krwao k on kro ya sahi kro is kam ko to kr leta hy phir.
