Yes. Divinity is only one of many sources to draw power from. Magick actually has nothing to do with the spirit world, and while many, if not most, witches interact with it on a daily basis, you can actually get fairly good results just using your own power. The definition of magick is literally just manifesting your desires in accordance with your own Will, and while some witches choose to do this through divinity and religion, others choose not to.

Witchcraft has nothing to do with gender, it is about intention. It did not start as a feminist movement, it got adopted as one and for a while that was how the public viewed it. Paganism is an catch all term for any number of earth based spiritualties. There are many different types of Pagans. A Witch is but one type of Pagan and a Wiccan is but one type of Witch. Wiccans usually work within a religious framework whereas a Witch may or may not. Other religions have their own names for those of their faith whom practice magick.Witchcraft is a practice that Witches use to direct the environment and circumstances around them. Wiccans may also use witchcraft but are not required to. They often instead focus on reverence for their deities in their rituals.

However, we typically find that a Pagan religion is one that is not Christian, Jewish, or Muslim in nature or practice. There are many types of Witches. Wicca is one of them. However, they both are pagan in nature. That being said, it is possible to be of any religion and still be a witch. I personally know a Christo-Wiccan. That is, a Christian who practices magic. Not so confusing when you consider that Abram, or "Abraham", one of the founding men of the houses that lead to Christ's birth, was a Mage. Or, alternatively, a witch, by the modern churches definition.
