Very informative lalo na sa mga nagbabalak pa lang magtrabaho dyan from pinas esp. I also loved yung specific na topic when you compared it sa public and private nurse practitioner. I have seen kasi same vlog type about the salary of a nurse working abroad but you level it up more so by comparing and distinguishing the difference and similarities of working in private and public hospitals. 👍🏻😉

I think pag talagang worst kailangan sa private na hospital na lang para complete yung mga equipment nila kasi ang hirap din pag palipat lipat din. maganda rin talaga pag may retirement at health benefit tayo para hindi tayo ma stress sa mga gastusin. Hi,, ask ko lang poh,, if HSE does not provide health benefit,, which i find it ironic (you're working in a hospital but youre not protected),, ano yun ginagawa ng mga employees, do they get their own medical insurance? Kanya kanya or meron group insce then salary deduction.
