Differences between Permanent Maxillary Central Incisor and Permanent Maxillary Lateral Incisor 

finally someone asked me this... thanx :).. the lateral incisor is more convex mesio-distally but less convex cervico-incisally.. so when we see it from the mesial/distal aspect, we can only appreciate the cervico-incisal convexity which is less in lat inc. however from labial aspect both mesio-distal and cervico-incisal convexities are seen, in which the mesio-distal convexity is more. i hope this explains it..

yes... the set is permanent for both; arch is maxillary for both; class is incisor for both; type is central for one and lateral for another
