Skaven aren't really that prominent in the dark land, probably because it's a country-sized area that has no food aside from inside the Chaos Dwarf cities, and those are volatile themselves, with plenty of volcanic activity and every source of edible food and water is controlled.

@@lich109 skaven are confirmed to be beneath the chaos wastes so they are not exactly picky where they tunnel.

@@cbtenthusiast7133 The Chaos wastes are far to the north and west, and there is food there for massive tribes of humans, as well as a lot of animals and beasts such as trolls.

I preferred the original narrator. But, given that WH III is a prequel, I can see why he doesn't have as big a presence in the world as he did in the first two games.

I have a hunch that it is one of the two female Dark Elf dreadlord voice actors. The voice is a bit too deep for Alix Wilton Regan who voices one of them. The other is much deeper and matches the voice from the Chaos Dwarf trailer and this video really well, but I can't find who voiced that.
