Mondays are cleaning days for me too! I like being indoors but like outside as well. It’s a balance. I lived in the desert, Southern California and Phoenix for over 50 years and moved to Charlotte NC, it’s still hard not to see the sun almost every day and I’ve been here for 19 years. Plants are nice, they bring a calmness to your surroundings. Love life no matter what is happening imo.
Nicole I use Monday as my “Spa day”… I try not to schedule anything on Monday. I’m in north Arkansas and the storms are on the way here now and will be in Florence tomorrow. I love your videos…
Yes Nicole SAD is real 🙂 but I have what the smaller percent of people have. I have seasonal depression in the summer months. Fall and winter I’m in glee. Rainy days feel cozy and lovely. Especially cold days. If I have too many hot bright sunny days I’m not happy. I live in Florida btw and I’m from the Caribbean so it has always been a struggle.
I do and have for the past 15 years or so. Probably being a little dramatic about the weather and I'm adjusting. Just will take some time. Thank you again for watching.
