I saved some seeds from a borduex petunia. They are a little darker, but beautiful. Another color that was produced from them are white in the center with lavender edges. My question is when you use the seeds are will they grow habits change any?

Hi, my petunias are only flowering when they are about 15 inches, I did grow them from seed on February and kept trimming them when they go over 5 inches and still no flowers, those that were in shades grew faster to 15” with very little leaves but gave a few flowers after I came from a week holiday. What am I doing wrong? I gave them multipurpose organic plant fertiliser when they were 4 months old and kept the soil moist mostly.
