Different Systems of Teaching BJJ 

I think it's good to have weekly focus. One week guard, both sides, next week a set of take downs, the next week mount etc., so that every class during a week has some continuity with the others.

I wanna preface with Im only a blue belt and we keep it pretty surface level but I’ve been kinda teaching a few buddies some grappling on some mats I have. I try to stick with the games rather than drills and they are actually excited to come train, where as when I was trying to show them drills it was more like a chore. I’m a big fan of the positional games! (Although I do see the benefit of drilling some times)
