Huge seeded green banana collected from banana tree and then women clean & processing it and cook tasty banana roast.
This video was captured before November 2019(Before pandemic started in the world for Corona).
First women remove the banana skin and cutting it into small small pieces and then they added all kind of spice ingredient and cook tasty green banana roast style curry for 200+ village people.
After finish cooking women serve the banana roast curry to whole village people.
